Of course, if you prefer, you can still collect donations the old-fashioned way! Walk forms are available on this site under "Walk Pledge Form" or, call 904.520.7900 to have a walk form mailed or e-mailed to you.

General information for walkers:

1. Registration is $25 for the walk. This is a FUNDRAISING walk, you are the participant and you can walk with your dog(s), in memory of loved pets or in honor of your cat! Get your friends and family to sponsor you above and beyond the regristation!*You are the participant. Each participant must raise a minimum of $25 in sponsorship donations to qualify for initial giveaways.
2. Record your collected donations on your walk form and/or print your online record of donations.
3. Bring your registration and collected donations to Dogtoberfest on Saturday, October 8, 2011.
   All monies must be collected by the day of the event to qualify for giveaways.
4. Have Fun!
